Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980. She's an American singer and actress. Born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) and Tom Bell - a television director - she is an American singer and actress. She is the daughter of a Polish and her father is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen discovered a passion in the performing arts from an early age on stage. In 1992, Kristen attended her first audition. She was given a part of Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell's mother established her with an agent before she was thirteen, and she got her first role for television and newspaper commercials. Along with taking private lessons and acting lessons, she started her career at that time. Bell was credited as a character in the movie Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School and was a member of the music club and drama clubs. She was cast as Dorothy in the production for high school that was The Wizard of Oz. Bell attended New York City for the Tisch School of the Arts to study musical theatre upon graduating. Bell left the school in 2001, and assumed the role of Becky, a character from Tom Sawyer. She made her first film credits in Pootie Tang during 2001. Her scene, however it was cut and Bell's only role is the final credits. Bell was on Broadway in The Crucible, a revival that featured Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
